Tomatin distillery was once the largest in Scotland. The name is Gaelic for “hill of the juniper bushes”. The water source is from a tributary of the River Findhorn called “All-na-Frithe” and it produces a medium bodied and sweet whisky. | Nose: Honey and hints of tropical fruits
