| Dufftown distillery is in Dufftown, Keith, Banffshire, Scotland. Capacity is 6,000,000 litres. It was founded in 1896 and is currently owned by Diageo, which owns upwards of thirty Scottish distilleries. From early days, Dufftown whisky was an important part of Bell’s blended Scotch and the distillery was actually bought by Arthur Bell & Sons in 1933.
