| Highland Park Distillery is in Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland. Capacity is 2,500,000 litres. It was founded in 1798 and is currently owned by The Edrington Group, which also operates the Macallan Distillery.
It is estimated the 75-80% of Highland Park’s production is sold as single malt, which is testament to the very high quality of its whisky.
